Assistant Coach-Women's Soccer

Assist the head coach with the organization, development and implementation of a nationally competitive, Division I women's soccer program. Responsibilities will include assisting with scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling, and the administration of team budgets. Develop and maintain effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, media, and the general public. Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Big Ten Conference and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to full academic development of student-athletes are essential.
Bachelor's degree required. Must have two to three years of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Must have knowledge ofNCAA rules and regulations. Candidate should have administrative and organizational experience as well as computer skills. Preferences include: Goalkeeping coaching experience; two to three years of coaching experience at the NCAA Division I college level; collegiate playing experience at the Division I level as well as a strong recruiting background and familiarity with video editing, social networking and recruiting database experience.
