Hey Terp Fans,

This weekend was the annual Red vs. Black intrasquad. You could feel the excitement in the air! The team was thrilled for the start of season. Both teams had a strong showing and having the crowd really added an extra bit of excitement. The week leading up to the intrasquad, we had team events. Team events went really well and it made everyone pumped up and ready to take on Red vs. Black. 

The intrasquad was judged by athletes on other Maryland sports teams, which made competing a lot of fun. It was so encouraging having the support of the crowd.

After all of the excitement of Red vs. Black the GymTerps are now heading into finals weeks and then winter break. Time to put the student in student-athlete! Everyone is thrilled to head home to their families - it has been a semester filled with hard work and it is time for a much needed break!
