Assistant Director of Football Operations

The Assistant Director of Football Operations will provide support to the Director of Football Operations with all team related activities. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, team travel arrangements, itineraries, and seating charts; coordinate officials for team practices; compile, review and analyze team expenditures; serve as the first point of contact for and liaison to high school coaches and pro-scouts; organize player and alumni database; develop and oversee recruiting budget in collaboration with the Director of Recruiting Operations; assist with the coordination of student-athlete housing; and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a high school setting as either a head coach or school administrator and/or higher education athletics environment. Must have outstanding communication and organizational skills. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Master's degree preferred. Football coaching experience, classroom teaching and/or administrative experience overseeing an athletic department preferred.
