Hey Terp Fans!
It's been a busy week but your GymTerps absolutely killed week two of bootcamp. This week of bootcamp was similar to last week. We started off strong with T-25 on Monday and a powerful lift on Tuesday. On Wednesday we had a recovery day with a nice relaxing pool workout to stretch out our muscles and get ready for skill testing on Thursday.
This was our first time doing skill testing but the GymTerps were completely prepared. On Thursday we had skill testing on Vault, Bars and Beam. After day one all of the Terps had completed Vault and Beam, just having to finish up Bars and Floor on Friday. After skill testing and lift on Thursday the GymTerps were fired up for the last day of skill testing and hip hop shake on Friday.
As expected the GymTerps crushed skill testing on Thursday and Friday. After practice on Friday we received the gear that we earned as a tribe. GymTerps had a nice day off on Saturday after a jammed pack week before a challenging Sunday Run Day. The 40min circuit filled with ropes, sleds, med balls, and kettle bell swings was just the exclamation point on an amazing week for your GymTerps. Two weeks down and four to go!
