Terps Set for Tar Heel Intercollegiate

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Maryland men's golf team will compete in the Tar Heel Intercollegiate tournament this weekend at the UNC Finley Golf Course in Chapel Hill, N.C.
The Terrapins will tee off at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. They will play 36 holes Saturday and 18 Sunday.

The UNC Finley Golf Course is a par-72 that covers 7,242 yards.
Sophomore Peter Knade was named Big Ten Golfer of the Week Wednesday for his first career weekly honor. Knade led the way for Maryland in the Wolfpack Intercollegiate with his four-under score of 212 (72-70-70). He finished tied for sixth in the individual standings.
