AJ Francis Canned Food Drive Begins Saturday

COLLEGE PARK,Md. - The A.J. Francis Canned Food Drive will begin collection on Saturday, November 18 prior to the Maryland men's basketball game vs. Bucknell. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. at XFINITY Center.
All fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable items to the gates provided prior to each game listed below. Francis will attend each competition throughout the week.
The schedule for the A.J. Francis Canned Food Drive schedule is below
Men's Basketball
- Date: Saturday, November 18 (Maryland vs. Bucknell)
- Game Time: 8:30 pm
- Collection: will begin at 7:00 pm and end at 9:00 pm (approx. midway through the first half)
- Locations: Gates A, B and E
Women's Basketball:
- Date: Tuesday, November 21 (Maryland vs. Howard)
- Game Time: 6:00 pm
- Collection: will begin at 5:00 pm and end at the conclusion of the 1st Quarter (approx. 6:30 pm)
- Locations: Gates A, B and E
Volleyball
- Date: Friday, November 24 (Volleyball vs. Northwestern)
- Game Time: 7:00 pm
- Collection: will begin at 6:00 pm and conclude at the end of the Set 1 (appox. 7:30 pm)
- Location: Pavilion doors
Football
- Date: Saturday, November 25 (Maryland vs. Penn State)
- Game Time: 3:30 or 3:45 pm
- Collection: will begin at 2:00 pm and conclude at the end of the 1st Quarter (apprx. 4:15 or 4:30 pm)
- Locations: Gates C, F and I
