
Terps Wrap up First Round at B1G Championship

MAINEVILLE, Ohio - The Maryland women's golf team sits in 12th place after day one at the 2017 Big Ten Championship at TPC River's Bend Friday.
Freshman Xiaolin Tian leads the Terps after shooting a 74 in the first round and is tied for 14th.
Sophomore Ludovica Farina posted a 77 and is tied for 35th while seniors Panitta Yusabai and Lauren Salazar are tied for 62nd with an 81.
Alexandra Papell (82) and Ludovica Scandroglio (83) will look to move up the standings after sitting tied for 68th and 73rd, respectively, after one round of play.
The Terps return to action Saturday morning for the second round of the championships.
