Terps Wrap up First Round at B1G Championship

MAINEVILLE, Ohio - The Maryland women's golf team sits in 12^th place after day one at the 2017 Big Ten Championship at TPC River's Bend Friday.

Freshman Xiaolin Tian leads the Terps after shooting a 74 in the first round and is tied for 14^th.

Sophomore Ludovica Farina posted a 77 and is tied for 35^th while seniors Panitta Yusabai and Lauren Salazar are tied for 62^nd with an 81.

Alexandra Papell (82) and Ludovica Scandroglio (83) will look to move up the standings after sitting tied for 68^th and 73^rd, respectively, after one round of play.

The Terps return to action Saturday morning for the second round of the championships.
