Director of Recruiting Operations- Women's Basketball

The Director of Recruiting Operations- Women's Basketball is responsible for organizing all coaches' individual recruiting travel, including all transportation and housing needs; responsible for maintaining and updating all coaches recruiting travel as needed; organizes recruits' game schedules throughout the year, especially during Evaluation Periods; creates recruiting mailings and graphics; assist heavily with all recruiting efforts, including Official and Unofficial visits; and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required along with a minimum of one year of full-time NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics experience. Possession of strong organizational skills, demonstrated experience utilizing graphic design software as well as experience organizing and coordinating all types of travel arrangements is required. Preferences include: one year of full-time NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics experience within a basketball program, strong writing skills, demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop along with an understanding of NCAA compliance rules.
