ROSEMONT, Ill. – The University of Maryland will have 12 games, including a league-high six men's soccer contests, televised on either the Big Ten Network or the ESPN family of networks this fall, the league announced Thursday.

Men's soccer will play host to the first two games on the BTN schedule this fall as it's highly-anticipated matches versus UCLA (Sept. 1) and Indiana (Sept. 8) at Ludwig Field will appear on the network. Additionally, home games against Rutgers (Sept. 12), Georgetown (Oct. 17) and Michigan (Oct. 29) will air live on BTN. Maryland's away contest at Wisconsin on Oct. 13 will be televised on ESPNU.

Volleyball will have three matches on BTN, including its home games against Rutgers (Oct. 6) and Wisconsin (Oct. 18). The Terps' road test at Nebraska on Nov. 8 will also be shown on the network.

Field hockey will have two games air live on the Big Ten Network including a home battle with Penn State (Oct. 15) and a road game at Rutgers (Oct. 22).

Women's soccer will have its Oct. 5th match at Nebraska shown on BTN.

The Big Ten Tournament for men's and women's soccer along with field hockey will air on the Big Ten Network.

In addition, Big Ten games may be televised on BTN Plus (streaming through the BTN2Go platform) or ESPN3 (streaming through the WatchESPN platform). Information on those broadcasts will be made available on BTN2Go.com and espn.com/watch, respectively.
