Child Policies
Everyone regardless of age will need a ticket for admission for football and men's basketball. Children two (2) years of age and under will be provided with a lap ticket, upon request, at the admission gate. They must be seated in the lap of a parent or guardian and not interfere with the sight line of other patrons.
Youth/Senior Rates
The following age guidelines will be followed for all events that have special youth or senior rates. Youth ages (3-17) and seniors (62+).
Disability Seating
Disability seating and parking are available for all ticketed events. Please contact the ticket office for availability and identify your need.
Address Change
It is your responsibility to inform the Maryland Ticket Office of any changes in your address. You may manage your account by going online and signing in. Address changes may also be made in writing on your renewal application or via email at terptix@umd.edu.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. There is a no refund policy on ticket sales. If an event time or date changes, we may offer exchange options where applicable.
Will Call
Tickets will be held at will call if ordered within 5 business days of the event. Specific will call information for all of our ticketed events is below.
Football - On the day of the event, will call opens three hours prior to the game and is located at Gate C of SECU Stadium.
Men's & Women's Basketball - On the day of the event, will call opens two hours prior to the game and is located at the Terrapin Ticket Office at Gate A on the second level of the XFINITY Center.
Men's and Women's Soccer - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the game and is located at Gate B at Ludwig Field.
Wrestling - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the match and is located at the main entrance of the Pavilion. When matches are held on the main court, will call is located at Gate A of the XFINITY Center.
Volleyball - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the match and is located at the main entrance of the Pavilion. When matches are held on the main court, will call will be located at Gate A of the XFINITY Center.
Men's Lacrosse - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the game and is located at Gate IÂ of SECUÂ Stadium.
Women's Lacrosse - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the game and is located at the main entrance to the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex.
Baseball - On the day of the event, will call opens two hours prior to the game and is located at the main entrance to Shipley Field at Bob "Turtle" Smith Stadium.
Admission to all other athletic events is free to the general public.
