BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana defeated the Maryland baseball team, 13-3, in the final game of the Terps' 2018 season at Bart Kaufman Field Saturday afternoon.
The Terrapins (24-30, 9-14 Big Ten) complete their season finishing ninth in the Big Ten, one spot off a berth in next week's Big Ten Tournament.
Maryland put up runs in the second on a Taylor Wright two-run single and the third on Randy Bednar's sixth home run of the season.
The contest marked the final game for Maryland seniors Zach Jancarski, Kevin Biondic, Will Watson, Justin Morris, Alec Tuohy, Taylor Bloom and Ryan Hill.
