COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Each week during the 2019-20 season a Maryland student-athlete, who has shown excellence on and off the playing field, will be selected as the Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week. This week's Solomon Eye Associates Terp of the Week is junior Erika Pritchard from Volleyball.
Junior outside hitter Erika Pritchard posted back-to-back double-doubles vs. in a five-set loss at Penn State and a four-set win at Rutgers. She also led the team in kills and digs in both matches, recorded a season-high 16 digs vs. Penn State, and led Maryland's attack and helped the team hit .273 at Penn State, their third highest hitting percentage surrendered all season. Pritchard also contributed a service ace and five blocks on the weekend. Maryland's five-setter at Penn State marked the Terps' first set wins in State College since 1983.
