Week 10 was a fantastic week for Terps in the NFL as many former Maryland football players made an impact across the league. The current receiving and interception leaders are still Terps as Stefon Diggs and J.C. Jackson continued to shine.
A record from J.C., touchdown's from Stef and DJ, a solid game from Darnell and rookie Terps making their debuts in Week 10 of Terps in the NFL:
J.C. Jackson
Interception machine. Patriots CB J.C. Jackson nabbed an intercption for the fifth consecutive game and a league-leading sixth time this season, picking off Ravens QB Lamar Jackson in the second quarter.
Jackson is the first player in Patriot's history to have an interception in five straight games and the first NFL player to accomplish the feat since 2014.
Jackson 5, with a bonus track.
Over the past three seasons, J.C. has more interceptions than any other player in the NFL.
Great way to celebrate a birthday for Mr. INT.
Stefon Diggs
Bills WR Stefon Diggs continues to lead the NFL in receptions (73) and receiving yards (906), solidifying that the Bills made the right move in trading for him.
Diggs had 10 receptions for 93 yards and what was the go-ahead touchdown with 34 seconds left in the Bills heartbreaking loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
Stef's TD, his fourth of the season, would've been the play of the weekend according to Good Morning Football's Peter Schrager, if not for what happened 33 seconds later.
Darnell Savage Jr.
Packers S Darnell Savage Jr. had a solid game in Green Bay's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, tallying five tackles (four solo) and two pass breakups.
Closing speed to save a TD
DJ Moore
Panthers WR DJ Moore had a solid game for Carolina, posting four catches for 96 yards and a touchdown.
We want MOORE
In just his third season, Moore is already sixth all-time in Panthers lore with 179 receptions.
Terp Debuts
Steelers rookie S
Antoine Brooks Jr. and Browns OL Michael Dunn both were added to the active roster from the practice squad this past week, with Brooks seeing the first playing time of his career.
Brooks saw the field for 28 snaps on defense.
Dunn was elevated to the active roster for the Browns win over the Houston Texans.
Week 11 Primer
13 of the 16 Terps will be in action in Week 11 with Stefon Diggs, Quinton Jefferson and Josh Woods relaxing during their bye week.
