Dougherty Adds Bach to 2021-22 Roster

COLLEGE PARK, MD - Delaware transfer Jojo Bach has been added to the 2021-22 roster, as announced by head coach Katie Dougherty on Friday.
Bach joins the Terrapins with a successful first two seasons under her belt at Delaware, being named to the All-CAA (Colonial Athletic Association) Second Team in both singles and doubles. Bach went undefeated at the No. 2 spot with partner Isabella Montana (7-0), and posted a 6-2 singles record in the same position. The incoming junior helped the Blue Hens to an undefeated season regular and a quarterfinals appearance in the CAA tournament.
"We're excited to have jojo joining us this fall," Dougherty said. "Jojo had a great summer competing and brings two years of experience from Delaware. She's a great student in the classroom and to the game. Jojo is dedicated to her development and loves to compete. I believe she'll be a big contributor for us in both singles and doubles."
Prior to her time at Delaware, the United Kingdom native was a G4 ITF doubles champion, G1 British Tour semifinalist, and a one-time doubles winner, two-time doubles finalist and two-time semifinalist in the ITF Juniors in Kenya.
