- Stefon Diggs will face the hometown team as the Buffalo Bills host the Washington Football Team, on FOX
- Michael Dunn and the Cleveland Browns will host Josh Woods and the Chicago Bears, on FOX
- J.C. Jackson, Byron Cowart and the New England Patriots will look to make it two straight as they welcome the New Orleans Saints, on FOX
- Sean Davis, newly added to the Cincinnati Bengals roster, will travel to division rival the Pittsburgh Steelers, to face Anthony McFarland Jr., on CBS
- Ty Johnson and the New York Jets head west to take on the Denver Broncos, on CBS
- Yannick Ngakoue, Quinton Jefferson and the 2-0 Las Vegas Raiders will welcome the Miami Dolphins, on CBS
