Five Terps off to USAV National Team Open Program

COLLEGE PARK, MD - Five Maryland volleyball student-athletes have been selected to attend USA Volleyball's National Team Open Program this weekend in Colorado Springs, CO.
The group includes Anastasia Russ, Milan Gomillion, Rainelle Jones, Sydney Dowler, and Laila Ricks. Only one other Big Ten program, Ohio State, has five or more student-athletes invited.
Assistant coach Becca Acevedo is also attending the event as a coach. She's one of only six Big Ten coachesm and only four Big Ten women, invited to the event.
