COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Season tickets for the 2023 Maryland football season are now on sale, starting at just $99, the lowest they've been since the 2004 season! The Terps have an exciting schedule at SECU Stadium, hosting long-time rival Virginia for the first time since 2013 and conference foes Penn State and Michigan.
 
The Terrapins are scheduled to play seven of their 12 games in College Park, including all three of their non-conference home games for only the third time since 2001. 
 
Maryland, which will play four of its first five games at home, opens its 2023 slate against in-state foe Towson on September 2, before hosting Charlotte on September 9. The Terps will host Virginia on September 16, marking the first time since Maryland was in the ACC in 2013 that the Terps and Cavs have met. Maryland will play its first Big Ten home game against Indiana on September 30 and host Illinois for the first time since 2018 on October 14. The Terps will wrap up their home slate against Penn State on November 4 and Michigan on November 18. 
  
Led by head coach Michael Locksley, the Terrapins are coming off back-to-back bowl victories for the first time since the 2002-03 and won their most games since 2010 last season with eight. The Terps are led by All-Big Ten quarterback and Maryland career passing record holder Taulia Tagovailoa who returns for his fourth season in College Park. In addition, the Terps return All-Big Ten selections in running back Roman Hemby, offensive lineman DJ Glaze and tight end Corey Dyches on the offensive end as well as All-Big Ten safety Beau Brade and linebacker Jaishawn Barham on a Maryland defense that allowed the least amount of points and touchdowns in a season since 2010 this past year.
