COLLEGE PARK, MD -- The Terps came away with a big win on the main XFINITY Center floor on Friday evening, cruising past Binghamton 19-12 in the return of the Beauty and the Beast event, where wrestling and gymnastics compete side-by-side.
In their home finale, Maryland won four of the first five bouts to pull away early and that would prove to be enough to secure the win. The night was highlighted by a dominant 11-0 major decision from No. 18 Ethen Miller.
The Terps improved to 10-8 on the season while Binghamton dropped to 5-13.
