Kline Wraps Up Season at NCAA Championships

AUSTIN, TX - Jeff Kline wrapped up his season and the season for the Terps by competing in the men's shot put finals at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Kline finished the event in 8th place in his flight, and 19th overall place out of 24 competitors, with a throw of 18.77m, closing out yet another strong showing for the junior from Blandon, PA.
Kline qualified for the championships by throwing 18.84m at the NCAA East First Round in Jacksonville, Florida two weeks ago. The top twelve moved onto the titles and Kline's throw put him in 11th place out of 48.
