
No. 6 Terps Continue Hot Streak With Victory Over American, 4-1

Maryland scored on its first penalty corner with 5:32 left in the first half. Ball State transfer Fleur Knopert tapped the ball in off an assist from Josie Hollamon. Knopert now has four goals in 2024.

Hollamon then reached the scoring column by extending Maryland's lead on another penalty corner with 5:46 to play in the third period. The goal was assisted by Emma DeBerdine and Ericka Morris-Adams.
Maci Bradford added to the scoring column after scoring a third Maryland goal off a penalty corner five minutes into the fourth period. Hollamon assisted the goal for her second of the night, marking her first career game with multiple assists. Hope Rose added a score for good measure late in the fourth for her team-leading sixth of the season.

The Eagles scored their lone goal late in the fourth. They had previously won four consecutive games while outscoring their opponents 7-2.
