COLLEGE PARK, MD - The Maryland men's soccer team (8-5-5) earned its 41st NCAA NCAA Tournament Appearance overall on Monday Afternoon as the NCAA field and bracket were released by the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee. The Terps have been to the NCAA Tournament in 23 of the last 24 years, after missing the tournament following the 2023 season.
The Terrapins will host LIU on Thursday in College Park. Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 7 p.m. The match will be streamed on ESPN+, and tickets are available on the website at the link here.
The Terps have won four national titles (1968, 2005, 2008, 2018) in program history and have reached the Round of 16 in 19 of the last 29 years.
Maryland enters the tournament following a bounce-back season in 2024. The Terps roster features five players who earned All-Big Ten honors, including William Kulvik (Defensive Player of the Year; First Team), Leon Koehl (First Team), Colin Griffith (Second Team), Max Rogers (Second Team), and Laurin Mack (Freshman Team).
