COLLEGE PARK, MD – Maryland Athletics and Maryland Sports Properties, a Playfly Sports property, announced the signing of a new partnership with PRETZELIZED™ on Monday. 

As serial snack entrepreneurs and lifelong pretzel enthusiasts, our very own alumnus and member of the board of trustees, Jason Cohen, and his business partner, Sammy Kestenbaum, saw an opportunity to create a snack that fulfilled both the desire for something familiar and the craving for something new in grocery store aisles. With this vision, PRETZELIZED™ was launched under their CPG snack incubator, 7 Mile Brands. 
 
Its first two offerings, Pretzel Crackers and Pretzel Pita Chips, combine the crunchy, salty shell of a pretzel with either the convenience of a bite-sized cracker or the artisan quality of a twice-baked pita chip to create two favorite snacks in one. Both products are a tasty reimagining of classic snack staples, bringing something entirely new and satisfying to snack lovers everywhere.

PRETZELIZED™ 6.5-ounce Pretzel Crackers are now available nationwide at Whole Foods and Sprouts in Sea Salt, Cheddar, and Honey Mustard flavors in the cracker aisle, and PRETZELIZED™ 7-ounce Pretzel Pita Chips are available in the deli department at Sprouts in Sea Salt, Everything and Buffalo flavors. Both products are also available on Amazon and continue to roll out in additional national retailers.
