
Terps Fall To Bruins In Big Ten Quarterfinals

BRIDGEVIEW, IL – No. 3 seed Maryland men's soccer team lost to No. 6 seed UCLA, 6-0, in the Big Ten Tournament Quarterfinals at SeatGeek Stadium on Thursday.
Maryland is now 8-5-5 overall and awaits its fate in the NCAA Tournament with the upcoming selection show, which takes place on Monday, Nov. 18.
The Bruins scored two goals in the first half and added four in the second half. The Terps were unable to respond, as many close-scoring opportunities didn't fall their way.
UCLA improved to 7-4-6 overall and advanced to the Big Ten Tournament semifinals, where they will play No. 7 seed Michigan.

- UCLA added a second goal in the 44th minute with a cross to the box.
