
Janthamunee Leads Terps at Landfall

WILMINGTON, NC -- Senior Surapa Janthamunee finished in the top 10 individually to lead the Maryland women's golf team in the Landfall Tradition event at the Country Club of Landfall in Wilmington, N.C.
Janthamunee, the current Big Ten Golfer of the Week, finished with a score of 214 (69-74-71), which was -2. She picked up 9 birdies. This marked her third straight top 10 finish after finished second last week at the Evie Odom Invitational.
Sophomore Chananyu Chowiwattana tied for 54th with a score of 225 (75-74-76). Sophomore Anna Pillard earned a score of 231 (79-78-74). Freshman Noa Terroba Toro shot a 234 (79-79-76). Senior Daniela Burgos Ortega shot a score of 235 (77-79-79).
As a team, the Terrapins earned a score of 902 (300-305-297).
