The Terps stumbled against the Wolverines in their second match in as many days.
COLLEGE PARK, MD — Maryland (8-16, 1-13 Big Ten) played in its second match in as many days and fell to the Wolverines (17-8, 7-7 Big Ten) in three sets (25-18, 25-10, 25-15) at the Schanwald Pavilion on Sunday afternoon.
Haley Melby had a big day for Maryland, tallying three of her eight total kills and an ace in the opening set. Sydney Bryant also pitched in a trio kills against the Wolverines.

Duru Gökçen and Eva Rohrbach continued to lead the defensive charge for the Terps. They combined for seven blocks on Sunday to raise their respective season totals to 114 and 108. Ajack Malual got hot late to continue her strong season with six kills in the loss.Syd is bringing the 🔥
