COLLEGE PARK, MD – The University of Maryland women's tennis team lost to No. 19 UCLA 4-0 on Friday.

UCLA opened the match by taking the No. 3 doubles match 6-2.
Danielle Hack and
Kallista Liu responded, taking the No. 2 doubles match 6-4. With the doubles point coming down to the No. 1 match, UCLA pulled away to clinch the doubles point and a 1-0 lead.

In singles, the Terps were able to win the first sets of the No. 4, 5, and 6 singles matches. UCLA earned it's first point in the No. 1 singles match over
Kallista Liu, then winning the No. 2 singles match to move ahead 3-0.Â
UCLA then took a hard fought No. 3 singles match over
Danielle Hack to clinch the 4-0 win.
