Michael Locksley announced the addition of offensive lineman
Carlos Moore Jr. to the Terrapin football program on Wednesday.
Moore Jr., who attended St. John's College High School, arrives in College Park after starting 10 games for Elon during the 2024 season. Â

- Played in 11 games with 10 starts during his redshirt sophomore season at Elon in 2024. Had six starts at right tackle and four starts at left tackle
- Saw action in five games as a redshirt freshman in 2023.
- Played high school ball at St. John's (DC) where current Terps Sean Williams and Shamar McIntosh also played
- Was a team captain in high school and helped his team go 31-8 over four seasons, including an 11-0 campaign in 2021
- Chose Maryland over Auburn, Kansas State and Syracuse
- Has two years of eligibility remaining
