Maryland Unveils New Concessions To Enhance Football Gamedays At SECU Stadium

Gamedays will look a little different at SECU Stadium this year, at least from a food standpoint. Maryland unveiled its new lineup of concession options that'll be featured at home games in 2025.
Perhaps the biggest change will be the addition of Grab N' Go Locations, which will be located behind Sections 3 and 21. Fans will be able to snag their favorite beverages — including Testudo Premium Lager — as well as cocktails, wine, Pepsi, Pepsi Zero, Starry, Gatorade, Aquafina Bottled Water and pre-packaged chips and candy.
"Grab N' Go is a new concept that we're doing starting this year," General Manager of Concessions Chuck Aldridge said. "I think it'll be really cool. I think the fans will be really excited to be able to just go get something to eat or drink."
A new family-friendly concession stand will sit behind Section 212 and feature hot dogs, chicken nugget basket, mini corndog basket, pretzel nuggets and candy. Section 16 will open a new chicken and waffle stand with maple-flavored waffle fries sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup or hot honey.
"I want to make sure I shout out our concession squad for the new options our fans will have the opportunity to purchase at our games this year," head coach Michael Locksley said.
Featured items around SECU Stadium will still include gameday staples such as the Chessie Crab Pretzel (Section 20), Little Chessie Pretzel (16 and 205), Maryland's Dairy Ice Cream (18 and 209), Logan's Sausage (2, 10, 18, 28, 209), Ledo Pizza (10, 20, 205, 309), Crab cake platters and cheesesteaks (16), crab nachos (205) and many other fan favorites.
"The brisket platter with mac and cheese, coleslaw and cornbread is probably one of my favorites," Aldridge said. "Chessie's one of my all-time favorites, too."
No matter what they decide on, fans will be eating good at SECU Stadium this fall while they cheer on your Terps!
