COLLEGE PARK, Md. — The Maryland wrestling team (4–6, 0–5 B1G) fell to top-ranked Penn State (11–0, 5–0 B1G), 51–0, Saturday evening in front of a sold-out crowd at Schanwald Pavilion.
The 1,907 fans in attendance marked the largest crowd of the 2025–26 season to date, surpassing the 1,447 who attended the Terps volleyball match against Minnesota on Nov. 21, 2025.
Maryland returns to action Friday, Jan. 30, when it travels to Piscataway to take on Rutgers at 7 p.m.
