Beach, Hollamon and Kuhne Named Big Ten Players to Watch

COLLEGE PARK, MD - Josie Hollamon, Feliz Kuhne and Ella Beach have been named to the Big Ten Players to Watch List ahead of the 2026 field hockey season.
Josie Hollamon, a two-time All-Big Ten first-team selection (2024, 2025), returns to the field for the Terrapins in 2026 for her senior season. Hollamon has established herself as one of the best all-around players in the conference. The defender has racked up countless accolades while performing on all parts of the field, scoring a total of 14 goals in her career as well.
Feliz Kuhne returns for her sophomore season in College Park after making an immediate impact in 2025 for the team. The Dutch midfielder appeared in 14 games during her freshman campaign, making starts in 11 of the contests. Kuhne scored her first career goal in a conference matchup against Penn State in September 2025.
Ella Beach is set to have an immediate impact on the 2026 Terrapins team as the freshman already has a decorated playing career before taking the field for the first time in college action. The midfielder was named a high school All-American her senior year and has spent time playing internationally for the United States U-16, U-18 and U-21 outdoor national teams. Beach has also appeared in the Junior World Cup and Junior Pan Am Games.
The Terrapins are set to open the 2026 season this weekend with matchups against Drexel on Friday at noon and Temple on Sunday at 2 p.m.
