WESTCHESTER, IL - Senior Emil Riegger tied for fifth at the Chicago Highlands Invitational presented by Turtleson Tuesday at the Chicago Highlands Club in Westchester, Ill.

Riegger went -5 with a score of 211 (74-67-70). He made 15 birdies in the event and parred or birdied 46 of 54 holes. He picked up his 13th career top 10 finish.

Junior Will Gregware tied for 28th with a score of 220 (74-75-71), which was +4. Freshman Charles David Beeson tied for 32nd with a score of 222 (72-75-75), which was +6. Freshman Robby Rosati tied for 39th with a score of 223 (72-77-74), which was +7.

Sophomore Griffin Barke competed as an individual and shot a 228 (75-72-81). Sophomore Caden Piselli shot a 230 (74-75-81).

As a team, the Terrapins tied with Coastal Carolina for fifth of 12 teams competing with a score of 874 (292-292-290), which was +10.

Next, Maryland will host the Testudo Cup Oct. 5-6 at the PB Dye Golf Course in Ijamsville, Md.
