As a Redshirt Sophomore (2020): Academic All-Big Ten selection...played in five matches and played 98 minutes...played a season high 35 minutes against Northwestern (11/7) in the Big Ten Quarterfinals...appeared against George Mason (9/3), at Wisconsin (10/3), Pacific (10/16) and LIU (11/18).

As a Freshman (2019): Played in 20 matches with 10 starts...logged 1,064 minutes.. scored three goals and notched an assist...ranked 98th among freshman on Top Drawer Soccer's year end ranking...made his Maryland debut with 19 minutes in the season opener against USF (8/30)...appeared for 36 minutes against Virginia (9/2)...made his first career start and played 36 minutes at UCLA (9/6)...notched an assist and had 2 shots in 71 minutes against Villanova (9/16)...started and played 86 minutes against Northwestern (9/20)...appeared for 40 minutes at Wisconsin (9/27)...scored two goals in 50 minutes against Rutgers (10/2)...came off the bench in matches against Cal State Fullerton (10/5), at Michigan State (10/11) and against Georgetown (10/14)...notched a goal in 85 minutes against Indiana (10/18)...started consecutive matches against Yale (10/21), at Ohio State (10/25), at Penn State (10/29), vs. Michigan (11/3), at Northwestern (11/10) and vs. Indiana in the Big Ten semifinals...played 45 minutes against Iona in the first round of the NCAA Tournament and 49 minutes in the second round at Wake Forest (11/24).

Before Maryland: Played for NK Krsko under head coach Rok Zorko…won the Slovenian national championship in 2013 and 2015…winners of the 2014 Gothia Cup…made 55 appearances in the Slovenian First Division…played in the Slovenian U-21 and U-18 National Team set ups…son of Marjan and Biserka Kovacic..
