Terps' Grid Matchup Vs. Georgia Tech Moved To Thursday Night

University of Maryland's football matchup this fall at Georgia Tech has been moved to Thursday night, Oct. 11 in order to accommodate a national telecast on ESPN, the Atlantic Coast Conference has announced.
The game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 13, will be played at Bobby Dodd Stadium on the Georgia Tech campus.
First-year Terp coach Ralph Friedgen spent the past four seasons and nine of the past 14 years as an assistant coach at Georgia Tech, where he oversaw some of the nation's most productive offensive units.
