The University of Maryland football team closes its 2006 spring campaign this Saturday, April 29th with the annual Red/White game at Byrd Stadium. Below, is all the information fans will need when it comes to attending the game in person or following on radio or television.
2006 Red/White Spring Football Game
Get your last preview of the 2006 Maryland Football team before it heads into the off-season at the annual Red/White Spring Football Game. Fans can check out key position battles and the development of some of the Terps' younger players during the full-contact scrimmage. Plus, it's fun for the whole family, with player autographs, interactive games, pictures with Testudo and more!
Saturday, April 29th
Gates Open at 11:00 a.m.
Autograph Session from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Kickoff at 3:00 p.m.

In addition to the game, fans will be treated to the following at this year's game:
2006 NFL Draft live on the Terpvision video board.
T-shirts, schedule cards and posters give-aways.
An autograph session featuring current Terps players and Coach Friedgen.
Pepsi interactive games on the stadium concourse.
Band and Spirit Squad performances.
The format for the game will be four, 12-minute quarters with a normal game clock at least in the first half. A running clock may be utilized during the second half.

Maryland Day 2006
The Red/White Spring Football Game is the centerpiece of Maryland Day 2006, the university's eighth annual open house that drew more than 70,000 visitors last year.
This year, there's more to celebrate than ever. We're marking the university's 150th Anniversary, and we want students, alumni, staff and residents from throughout the Baltimore-Washington region to share in the fun.
From 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., you can join in a variety of family-friendly, hands-on activities; catch terrific performances or learn from world-renowned scholars. And this year, in celebration of 150th Anniversary, we're serving up the world's largest strawberry shortcake and displaying 26 Fear the Turtle sculptures throughout campus.

Coach Brenda Frese and members of the women's basketball teams, as well as members of the men's basketball team, for a photo and autograph session. (Note: Coach Williams will not be present due to a scheduling conflict.)
One photo and autograph per person; line will be limited to first 500 people.
