With the victory, the Terps advanced to their sixth regional final in school history and second in three seasons.
Senior Crystal Langhorne became Maryland's all-time leader in minutes played in the NCAA Tournament, registering 39 minutes of action, giving her 440 career minutes played in NCAA action.
Langhorne made four free throws, moving her into first place on the school's list for made free throws in NCAA Tournament play with 55.
Senior Laura Harper's four rebounds gave her 304 this year, the fifth-highest single-season total in program history.
Harper made seven free throws and is now one behind Langhorne for career free throws made in the NCAA Tournament with 54.
