Before Maryland: Ran varsity cross country at The Christian Academy in Brookhaven, Pa….won varsity letters in basketball and tennis…was MVP and captain of her cross country team for two years…holds the women’s course record for 3.1 miles…won the Coach’s Award…was selected to First Team All-State two times and the Second Team All-State one time…named first team All-Delaware County and second team All-Delaware County…in basketball, won the Coach’s Award and was on the All-Tournament team…was president of the National Honor Society…participated in choir, band and the school yearbook.
