As a Junior: Took third in the 1500 at the Virginia Commonwealth Invitational … placed third in the 300 at the Terrapin Invitational … finished fifth in the 1500 at the Terrapin Invitational.

As a Sophomore: Recorded team's top time in the 3000 meters (10:15.56) at the ACC/SEC Challenge … competed in six different distance events, finishing in the top five on eight occasions … also finished with team's second-best mile time (5:15.22).

As a Freshman: Letter-winner in cross country.

Before Maryland: Attended Sachem High in New York where she lettered four seasons in cross country and track … team was state champion as a junior … Seher was the N.Y. state champ in the 1500 … earned all-county and all-state honors during her career … ran a 4:42 in the 1500 and 10:10 in the 3,000 … was president of the varsity club and a member of student government and National Honor Society.
