Fall 2000: Finished 11th in the Flight B singles draw at the NC State Wolfpack Invitational… teamed with Dan Kenshalo to place sixth in the Flight C doubles draw at the NC State Fall Invitational.

2000: Earned first career victory over an ACC opponent with win over Virginia's Michael Duquette at the No. 4 position … was first team member to defeat an ACC foe in almost a year … followed that victory with a win at the No. 3 spot one week later over a non-conference opponent … competed in all eight ACC matches … boasted a team-high four wins at the No. 1 doubles spot with teammate Peter Harjes ... competed with four of five teammates in doubles play at the Nos. 1 and 2 positions … one of four team members to earn Scholar Athlete honors for having a 3.0 GPA or higher in either the 1999 fall or spring semester … a member of the team awarded the President's Cup for having the highest team GPA at Maryland.

Fall 1999: Competed in the South Pacific Games over the summer.

1999: Defeated Virginia at the No. 3 doubles position with Dan Kenshalo … played at the Nos. 4 and 5 singles positions throughout the season … compiled a 3-2 non-conference record in singles play… with Kenshalo, compiled a 1-0 non-conference record in doubles play … competed in all 14 matches of the season … member of team that received the President's Cup award for having the highest team GPA at Maryland.

Fall 1998: Reached the round of 16 of the Flight B Singles at both the D.C. Metro Invitational and the NC State Wolfpack Invitational … played with Jon Murchison and compiled a 3-3 doubles record … advanced to the Flight B Doubles main draw quarterfinals at the D.C. Metro Invitational with Murchison.

1998: Proved to be a versatile player, as he played at the Nos. 4, 5 and 6 singles positions … ended the season with a 5-3 non-conference singles record … the last five matches of the season, he played with James Legat at the No. 2 doubles position and compiled a 3-2 non-conference record.

Before Maryland: Attended St. John's School in Guam … lettered in tennis all four years … went undefeated all four years … helped lead team to the school's first-ever tennis championship … was named MVP two years in a row … won three gold medals while representing the Guam National Team at the No. 1 position in 1997 … competed in the 1995 South Pacific Games.
