Going Bowling
Maryland has made 24 bowl trips in its rich history, including seven over the last 10 years. The Terps make the most of their appearances as they have been victorious in five of their last six bowl games.

The Terrapins?™ last postseason victory came in the 2010 Military Bowl. Da'Rel Scott capped off his Terrapin career with a bowl school-record 200 rushing yards. D.J. Adams rushed for a postseason school-record four touchdowns to lead the Terps to a 51-20 victory over East Carolina.

Maryland has a well-established history of bringing loyal fans in large numbers to postseason games. Over 20,000 supporters traveled to Miami for the 2002 Orange Bowl and more than 15,000 fans went to Atlanta the following season for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. In addition, Maryland had more than 12,000 fans at the 2004 Toyota Gator Bowl.
