On Harris: Redshirt sophomore quarterback who continues to work behind Maryland's first wave of quarterbacks ... has a strong arm and a quick release.

1998: Did not see playing time, though did travel occasionally as a reserve quarterback.

1997: Redshirt season.

High School: Graduated from Tallwood High School in 1997 ... ended his career as the school's single-season and career passing-yardage leader ... threw for 2,785 yards and 22 touchdowns during his career, including more than 700 yards as a senior ... led his high school team to three consecutive playoff appearances ... also lettered in basketball, baseball and track.
