All-America Tradition
Maryland has amassed 138 IWLCA All-Americans in its storied history, including 43 multiple-award winners.
Recent three-time award winners include

- Kelly Kasper (2006, ?˜07, ?˜08)
- Caitlyn McFadden (2008, ?™09, ?™10)
- Sarah Mollison (2009, ?˜10, ?™11)
- Karri Ellen Johnson (2009, ?™10, ?™12)
The Terps had four players earn All-America status last season, including first team selections Johnson, Iliana Sanza, and Katie Schwarzmann. It was the third first team honor for Johnson and the second consecutive for Schwarzmann.? Alex Aust was named to the second team.
