COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Former University of Maryland defensive lineman Darius Kilgo was selected Saturday by the Denver Broncos in the sixth round (203 overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft.

“It’s a blessing to be a part of the Denver Broncos organization and I look forward to coming in and working from Day One,” Kilgo said.

Kilgo earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors by the media during his senior campaign, while starting all 13 games. In 2014 Kilgo totaled 43 tackles (31 solo), 8.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, four fumble recoveries and one blocked kick. Kilgo’s four fumble recoveries were tied from most in the Big Ten.
