Terrapin Club Student Internship - Spring Semester (UNPAID)
POSITION TITLE: Student Intern (UNPAID)
DEPARTMENT: Intercollegiate Athletics - Terrapin Club
RESPONSIBILITIES: Terrapin Club student interns assist with day-to-day office support and help to provide superior customer service to Terrapin Club donors, alumni and prospective donors. Duties assigned include responding to incoming inquiries, and providing support to staff in their work in annual fund and major giving, administration, internal operations and events. Work assigned will include research on donors and prospects, social media, marketing, and game day and special events. Terrapin Club student interns will aid in data entry and data clean-up in our two donor and alumni databases, Paciolan and Advance.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age and available to work 8-10 hours weekly on Monday through Friday. Interns must be able to communicate effectively, be detail-oriented, able to use the Windows operating system, and able to work in an open atmosphere and team environment.
POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Volunteer with no University benefits.
SALARY: Volunteer or for class credit
