COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Seniors Brionna Jones and Shatori Walker-Kimbrough of the third-ranked Maryland women’s basketball team (30-2) are two of 10 players to earn All-America honors by ESPNW. Both were named to the five-member Second Team.

Walker-Kimbrough is No. 4 on Maryland's all-time scoring list with 2,093 career points, recently surpassing Kristi Toliver (2,078). Walker-Kimbrough's career three-point percentage of 45.8 percent is currently the best in Maryland history, ahead of Toliver's 40.8 percent, and is a Big Ten record. She has made 181 three-pointers in her career, which is No. 2 in Maryland history.
Jones is leading the country in field goal percentage (.698) for the second straight year. Her career average of 65 percent is a Big Ten record currently. Jones is No. 3 on Maryland's rebounding list with 1,173 career boards. She is No. 8 on Maryland's scoring list with 1,865 points.
Last weekend, they led the Terrapins to their third straight Big Ten Tournament title with a 74-64 win over Purdue. Jones was named Tournament Most Outstanding Player after averaging 24.3 points, 11.3 rebounds and shooting 76.3 percent from the floor in the three-game stretch. Walker-Kimbrough averaged 19.0 points per game, 3.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and shot 53 percent from outside the arc. Walker-Kimbrough and freshman Destiny Slocum made the All-Tournament Team.
In their careers, Jones and Walker-Kimbrough have led the Terrapins to an overall record of 123-16 (.885), 64-5 (.928) at the XFINITY Center, and 58-3 (.951) in Big Ten play, including nine Big Ten Tournament wins. They have won three straight Big Ten regular season titles, three straight Big Ten Tournament titles and went to back-to-back Final Fours in 2014 and 2015.
Jones and Walker-Kimbrough were also named semifinalists for the Senior CLASS Award and  to the National Ballot for the John R. Wooden Award® Presented by Wendy’s® earlier this month.
Maryland will learn its NCAA Tournament seeding and matchup Monday at 7 p.m. on ESPN. The Terrapins will be hosting a watch party for the Selection Show, starting at 6:15 p.m. on the main floor of the XFINITY Center. Fans can park in lot 9B and enter through gate C. Fans are asked to RSVP here.
