The University of Maryland Athletics is excited to announce that we are fully mobile for football, volleyball, men's soccer, women's soccer, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, wrestling, men’s lacrosse, and women's lacrosse starting this fall. You can fully manage your tickets and/or parking from the convenience of your phone, including easily sending your tickets/parking to friends and selling your tickets on SeatGeek. Additionally, you will no longer have to worry about forgetting your tickets or parking passes at home or losing them at your tailgate!
For season ticket holders, your digital ticket(s) and parking are available as an ALL-IN-1 pass. Login to My Account and look for your tickets marked as ALL-IN-1. Add each ALL-IN-1 ticket once per seat to your digital wallet. Your ALL-IN-1 pass will show the first event. After that, it will automatically update to show the subsequent event. You can still manage and transfer individual event tickets in My Account. For more information about this change,

Mobile Ticketing/Parking FAQ
Why is Maryland transitioning to mobile tickets and parking passes?
- Flexibility
- Real-time changes to event dates and times are reflected immediately on digital tickets and parking passes. Mobile tickets and passes also allow guests to manage their tickets/passes from their mobile phone through their My Account page. That includes seamless transfer and resell of tickets through SeatGeek, our Official Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace.
- Ease of Use
- By using your online ticketing account at umterps.com/MyAccount, you always have your tickets and parking passes on you. You may download, transfer, or resell your tickets/passes at any time. It also adds a layer of security, guarding against the production of fraudulent and counterfeit tickets and passes.
How will mobile tickets/parking passes work?
Beginning with the 2021-22 season, tickets for all University of Maryland Athletics events will no longer include a printable PDF option. This decision was made to move to a contactless entry for the safety of our fans. Mobile ticketing will also protect the integrity of your tickets and to prevent fraud and counterfeit problems that often accompany PDF tickets. Printed PDF tickets WILL NOT be accepted at any University of Maryland Athletics venues for admittance. This year, all season tickets and single game tickets are fully digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket!
Please note, parking passes still offer a printable PDF option.

The official One Maryland app provides you with the latest news and updates on Maryland Athletics. The app also provides you with the ability to purchase, download, transfer, or resell your tickets and/or parking passes at any time.
When will my tickets/parking passes be available on my account?
Tickets/parking passes will be viewable in your account a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of the sport season(s) in which you hold tickets and/or parking passes. Once they are available on accounts, the ticket/pass holder of record will receive an email letting them know.
How will single game parking passes work?
Single game parking passes are ran through our Department of Transportation Services website. Click here for more information/to purchase.
What if I do not have cell phone or wifi service at the venue?
There is Wi-Fi service available in and around our venues but we suggest downloading tickets and/or parking passes to Apple Wallet or Google Pay apps prior to arriving at the venue to avoid Wi-Fi or cell service issues. Once tickets and passes are successfully downloaded to Apple Wallet or Google Pay apps, Wi-Fi is not required to access them.
What if my guest(s) and I arrive at the venue at different times?
Each individual will need a ticket to enter the venue and each vehicle will need a parking pass to enter their assigned lot. Tickets/parking passes can be transferred to each member of your party prior to your arrival via the One Maryland app. This will allow you and your party the convenience of entering at your own time.
Can I take a screenshot of my digital ticket(s) or parking pass(es) and text or email the screenshot to one of my guests so they can enter?
No. Screenshots of your mobile ticket/pass or pictures of your barcode will not be valid for entry.
What steps can I take to ensure that my mobile ticket/pass scans properly?
Downloading tickets and/or passes to Apple Wallet or Google Pay apps prior to arriving on campus and turning your screen brightness to the highest setting will help resolve scanning issues. If ticketing issues continue at the entrance, you may visit one of our Customer Service locations and a representative will help solve the issue.
Can I have multiple tickets and/or parking passes on the same mobile device?
Yes, you can have multiple tickets and/or passes on your account that will be loaded into your mobile app. Tickets/passes can be viewed by swiping left or right on your smartphone once you open the event. If your whole party is not arriving at the same time, we recommend transferring tickets or parking passes to each member of your party for easiest access entering the venue.
What if my battery dies or some other extenuating experience happens on game day?
On event days, please visit the Customer Service location at that venue for assistance.
If someone coming with you has a smartphone, before heading to the venue you can access the tickets/parking passes via umterps.com/MyAccount. One smartphone can be used to scan multiple tickets and passes and provide all parties access to the game.

No. Printed PDF tickets WILL NOT be accepted at any University of Maryland Athletics venues for admittance. Parking passes can be printed as PDFs and will be accepted.

Tickets and/or passes can be transferred via the One Maryland App or by visiting umterps.com/MyAccount from your mobile device. Is there a cost to transfer my tickets or parking passes?
There is no fee to transfer from your online account.
Can I transfer my tickets and/or passes more than one time?
No, a ticket/parking pass cannot be transferred more than once by the account holder. Once it is transferred it will be in the new user’s account and they will have the ability to transfer it if needed. A transfer can be canceled prior to it being completed and accepted by the recipient.
If I transfer my tickets/parking passes, can the person receiving them just show the confirmation text/email for entrance?
No. The confirmation text message the new ticket holder receives does NOT act as their ticket(s) or pass(es). They will need to click on the link in the text message they receive and then login to their ticket account, or if they do not have an account they will need to create one. Once they have an account they must login to umterps.com/MyAccount or their official One Maryland App or show their mobile ticket and/or parking pass on their phone.
Can ticket holders transfer tickets/parking passes after the event has started?
No, you cannot transfer/sell tickets after the event has begun.
If I purchased tickets on SeatGeek, how can I access them on gameday?
