Gossett Director of Athletics Damon Evans, announced that Maryland Football is moving back to its iconic uniform, officially beginning the Coach Locksley Terpsville era. Join us on Sept. 2 when the Terps host the Towson Tigers and help us celebrate the return of Script Terps! Swing by Terp Alley before the game to pick up a Terpsville hand fan!

Bring your family to Young Terps Day! With the purchase of one discounted adult ticket, fans will receive one complimentary “Young Terps” ticket for children 13 and under. Tickets start at just $15 and several youth activities will occur inside and outside SECU Stadium. Members of Testudo’s Kids Club will receive information on an even deeper discount on their tickets. MSOM takes part in a nationwide Metallica Marching Band Competition, bringing "metal" to college marching band with two of Metallica's most iconic tunes

Charlotte – Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023 at 7:30 PM

Join the Maryland Men’s Basketball team for an autograph session prior to the game at the Terp Alley fan zone, located on Legacy Plaza at Riggs Alumni Center. Coach Willard, Jahmir Young, Juju Reese, Donta Scott and the rest of the Terps will be there to sign autographs and interact with fans ahead of their much anticipated 2023-24 season. The autograph session will take place between 5:30-6:30 PM.

Police officers, firefighters, first responders, and military personnel will receive discounted tickets to the game, including $15 Upper Level tickets or $30 Lower Level Tickets.

Local Maryland Boy Scout troops are invited to the game and to spend the night in Terpsville! Participating scouts will be recognized at halftime with a “parade” around the field and will receive a badge. Tickets are just $25! In celebration of the University of Maryland's Do Good Institute, student groups who "Do Good" will be recognized on the field. Additionally, the first 1,750 students will receive a "Do Good" t-shirt!

MSOM welcomes high school students from across the area for our annual HS Band Day to join us for a showcase of some of our favorite "Boy Bands" - featuring music from *NSYNC, One Direction, Boyz II Men, and BTS.

It’s a rivalry renewed in primetime! Join us at SECU Stadium where the Terps take on ACC foe, Virginia. All fans are encouraged to wear black to the game. The first 5,000 students in attendance will receive a blackout T-shirt, courtesy of SECU.

The halftime show will be a special collaboration with local rapper Mawty Maw, which will include a Maryland Basketball crowd favorite "Gold Rush."

Join Maryland Football as it spreads awareness about mental health. The team will wear green ribbon decals on their helmets, and mental health-focused resources will be shared throughout the game.

The first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive foam turtle hats and pom poms, courtesy of SECU, the official banking partner of Maryland Athletics.

For the 100th time in its history, the University of Maryland invites Alumni back to College Park for Homecoming as the Terps take on Illinois! The first 1,700 students will receive a homecoming t-shirt as part of the “M” section student tradition! The Spirit of Maryland award winners will be announced at halftime.

Join us as former Letterwinners of all Maryland Terrapins sports return to Terpsville! Letterwinners of the past five decades will be honored on the field.

Arrive at SECU Stadium early for a special pregame ceremony to honor our senior class. Throughout the game, senior members of the football student staff, Mighty Sound of Maryland, dance team and cheerleading team will be honored.

Join the Terps as they honor our nation’s heroes with special recognitions throughout the game, including an Armed Forces Salute performed by the Mighty Sound of Maryland at halftime. Retired and active duty military personnel are eligible to receive discounted tickets while supplies last.
