Noelle Frost, a Glenwood, MD native joins the Gossett Student Athlete Center staff as the Academic Management Intern in January of 2022.  In March of 2022, Noelle joined the University’s Varsity Field Hockey Program as the Volunteer Assistant Coach and currently serves in both positions. 
 
In December of 2021, Noelle graduated from the University of Maryland.  She Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. 
 
Noelle was a three year varsity starter of the University of Maryland’s Field Hockey Team.  Noelle was a member of the 2016, 2018, and 2019 BIG10 Conference Champion teams, as well as the 2017 BIG10 Tournament Champions Teams.  Noelle was part of the National Runner up team in 2017 and 2018, and NCAA Semi Finalist team in 2021.
 
 Noelle was named to the NFHCA All-Mid Atlantic Region Second Team in 2020, as well as being named BIG10 Player of the week and National Player of the week numerous times in her career.  She was awarded the Kate Kauffman Beach Award in 2020 and the Kelly Smith Puzo Award in 2021.  In addition, she was named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad (2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021) and the All-Big Ten Academic Team (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021).  During her college career, Noelle was a member of the United States National Indoor Field Hockey Team where she competed at the International level. 
 
Noelle is the daughter of Trudy and Michael Frost, she is the oldest of two, her younger sister’s name is Phebe.  In Noelle’s spare time she coaches youth field hockey and volunteers at her local 4-H program.
