Sam Beyers is the Head Equipment Manager at the University of Maryland. He graduated from Maryland in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and first joined the athletic staff in 2010 as a football student equipment manager.
Beyers is the primary equipment manager for women's lacrosse, field hockey, volleyball, and wrestling. In addition, he is responsible for the day to day equipment operations of XFINITY Center and the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex ("Plex").
He resides in Columbia, MD, with his wife, Mariah, and their yellow lab, Wren.
