University of Maryland Athletics

Jason Baisden joined the Maryland athletics department in 2013 and currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Operations and Equipment. He also serves as the sport supervisor for the Terrapin women's golf program. 

Prior to coming to Maryland, Baisden was the University of Florida's Equipment Manager for eight seasons after spending the 2004 season as Assistant Equipment Manager. While with the Gators, Baisden's main responsibilities centered around ordering and accounting for Florida football equipment, while also directing actual game-day equipment efforts for the team.

A native of Lake City, Fla., Baisden earned his bachelor’s degree in physical education in 1999 from Florida State University and received his masters in sports administration in 2000 from FSU.

Baisden and his wife, Courtney, have two sons, Blair and Brennan, and one daughter, Bryleigh.
