Corey Raymond joined Maryland Athletics as the Directory of Marketing Strategy and Fan Exprience in April 2022.
Prior to coming to College Park, Raymond served as the Director of Marketing and Fan Experience at Washington State for one year.
Prior to WSU, Corey was the Marketing and Fan Engagement Coordinator at Syracuse from 2018-21. While a member of the Orange staff, Raymond was responsible for the complete promotional marketing and fan engagement plan for Syracuse Men's Basketball. He also oversaw student season ticket sales, student section engagement and the fan rewards program.
Prior to joining the Syracuse staff, Raymond worked in the athletics marketing office at Wake Forest and gained additional experience from stints at Canisius, the University of Buffalo, and in minor league baseball.
A Frewsburg, New York native, Raymond holds three degrees. A Master’s degree in sport administration from Canisius, Bachelor’s in sport management from SUNY Fredonia, and an Associates from Jamestown Community College, where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team.
